Ebuka – Lead Product Designer | Design Leader & Innovator

I’m a passionate Product Designer with a deep commitment to creating user-centric, intuitive, and delightful experiences. As the lead designer at Disney, I oversee the user experience design team responsible for shaping the future of our digital products. My work ensures that our experiences are not only engaging and visually compelling but also simple, accessible, and impactful — empowering users to take action while fostering deep connections with the Disney brand.

In my role, I lead the design strategy across both product and brand initiatives, crafting a cohesive visual language that resonates with our audience. I spearhead the design of complex, high-visibility features and campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to deliver experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. My focus is on creating holistic, end-to-end user journeys that span mobile, web, and other touchpoints — ensuring consistency and delight across all Disney platforms.

One of my most rewarding achievements at Disney has been defining and guiding the evolution of our product experience strategy. From conceptualization to execution, I help shape products that blend creativity with technology, resulting in innovative solutions that drive engagement, boost conversions, and foster brand loyalty. My role includes leading design systems, optimizing usability, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.

Prior to my design career, I spent nearly a decade in IT, starting as a Tier 1 support technician and advancing to a senior desktop engineer. During this time, I led and mentored a talented team of engineers and developers, building scalable processes and structures that supported their growth and success. This background has provided me with a strong foundation in problem-solving, collaboration, and understanding the technical constraints that influence design decisions.

None of these accomplishments would be possible without the incredible people I’ve had the privilege of working with — from my teams to my mentors and colleagues across the company. I’m passionate about collaborating with others to drive creative solutions and deliver results that make a lasting impact.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter, writing and producing music, practicing photography, playing competitive soccer, and reading.
